Can you remake a broken part that is no longer available?
In most cases, yes. I start from the original part, even broken, redraw it in 3D and reproduce it in the right material for its use. Just send me a photo with a tape measure next to it. How it works.
Do you make one-off pieces, or only large quantities?
Both: from one-off pieces to series of several hundred, like the 400 wooden gifts for three properties in Val Thorens.
How much does it cost?
Quotes are free and tailored. The price depends on material, design time, machine time, finishing and quantity, which is why there is no fixed price list.
How long does it take?
It depends on the project. First visualisations can arrive within 24 hours and a simple part within 48, when the workload allows. Urgent jobs can be arranged.
What do you need for a quote?
Photos, measurements, quantity, what the part is for and the deadline. A sketch or an idea explained in a conversation is fine too.
Do you work with clients abroad?
Yes. I ship worldwide and work in English, French and Italian. For clients far away, a video call is enough to get started.
Do you work for companies or for individuals too?
Mostly for companies, hotels and professional firms, but also for individuals, farmers and craftspeople with a concrete problem to solve. Agriculture and livestock.
Do you make custom corporate gifts?
Yes: objects designed around your identity, in wood, leather or metal, engraved with your logo and carefully packaged. Corporate and hotel gifts.
Do you do graphic design, logos and catalogues too?
Yes: logo and visual identity, packaging, catalogues, brochures and stands, designed with printing, engraving and embroidery in mind. Visual identity and packaging.
What if the part breaks?
Artifex repairs it or, if needed, replaces it. The model is archived, so a part can be reproduced even years later.
