• Browsing data: like any website, the server automatically records some technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) in access logs, for operation and security.
• Data you send me: when you write by email, phone, WhatsApp or social media, your name, contact details, the content of your message and any attachments such as photos, drawings and measurements.

The site has no contact forms and collects no other data.

• Replying to messages and preparing quotes: pre-contractual steps you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Carrying out the work and meeting tax and accounting obligations: contract and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
• Operation and security of the site: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

No marketing, no profiling, no sharing or selling of data.

• Messages and quotes that don't lead to a job: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Documents about completed work: 10 years, as Italian law requires for accounting records.
• Server access logs: for the period set by the hosting provider, usually short.

• The hosting and email provider, Infomaniak Network SA, based in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing adequate data protection.
• If you choose to write to me on WhatsApp, Instagram or LinkedIn, your data is also processed by those services under their own policies, and may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Accountant, couriers and production partners, only as far as needed to carry out work you have requested.

You can ask at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR), by writing to info@artifexstudio.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority in your own country.

This site uses no cookies, neither technical nor profiling, and no other tracking or analytics tools, and it stores no information on your device. That's why there is no consent banner. Fonts are loaded from the site's own server and no third-party content is embedded, such as maps, videos or social buttons.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn open external services, with their own cookie and privacy rules. If the site ever uses analytics or other tools, this page will be updated before they are switched on.
