The texts, graphics, logo and content of the site belong to Artifex Studio and may not be copied or reused without written permission. The names and trademarks of the clients mentioned belong to their respective owners and are cited, with their consent, only to describe the work carried out.

The information on the site describes services and capabilities and is not an offer. The lead times and possibilities given are indicative. Every job is governed by the written, accepted quote, which sets out its content, price, timing, payment and delivery terms. The site does not sell products online.

Consumer clients always keep their statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity: if goods are defective they are entitled to repair or replacement and, if neither is possible, to a price reduction or a refund. For contracts concluded at a distance or off-premises, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, as most of Artifex's work is. Any deposits and refunds are set out in the quote.

On top of the legal guarantee, Artifex supports its products after delivery, under the conditions stated for each job.

The site contains links to external services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and third-party websites: Artifex Studio is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
